Some Caleris features require a paid subscription. The following terms apply when you subscribe to Caleris Premium.
Subscription plans. Caleris Premium is available on a monthly or annual basis. As of the date of these Terms, pricing is $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Pricing is shown clearly at checkout, and you will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you cancel beforehand. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Auto-renewal. Caleris Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Caleris and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@caleris.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Caleris Premium until that period ends. When the period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
Refunds. Except as required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. If you reside in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you may have additional cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice by email before the new price takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the change applies. Continued use of Caleris Premium after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
Failed payments. If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to retry the payment using your payment method on file. If payment cannot be collected, your access to Caleris Premium may be suspended or downgraded to the free plan until payment is resolved.
Billing information. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and to keep your payment method up to date while your subscription remains active.
Subscription changes. Features, pricing, and subscription benefits may change over time as Caleris evolves.
Fraud and abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Payment processor. Caleris uses Stripe to process all subscription payments. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. Caleris does not store full payment card details on its own servers; that information is handled directly by Stripe under their security standards.
